ZRG Participated in MECC 2006

ZRG International once again after almost a year participates once again with full steam at the Middle East Call Center Exhibition 2006 at Crown Plaza, Dubai. The two day exhibition was backed by a very strong conference which was attended by many professionals belonging to different industries. The conference had many well known speakers belonging to the call center industry since quite a long time from around the globe. There were a lot of well known exhibitors from around the world and ZRG was there to showcase its range of specialized Accurate Products and Solutions based on Intel Technology.

ZRG participated in MECC 2005 as well and after a very positive and warm response, the decision was taken to participate once again with providing an in-depth analysis of the call center technology through a 20 minute speech talking about the overall call center technology scenario. Call Center specialists were also present at the stall to cater to various customer queries.

ZRG Participates in 7th PITEX 2006, 20th – 22nd Jan

ZRG shines at 7th PITEX (Pakistan Information Technology Exhibition) 2006 during the month of January. The event was organized by Event and Conference Pvt. Ltd. The 3 day event was followed by a two day conference as well which had many professionals from the IT and telecom industry. PITEX is already well-known as a leading IT event in the region. The name has become synonymous with being a showcase for the best names in the industry. Print and electronic media extensively covered the event.

7th PITEX event was designed and promoted as a professional high value event where clients viewed the best and latest IT & Telecom consumer technologies, hardware and software from leading local and regional IT vendors, alongside some of the best deals on hardware, software, peripherals, multimedia and a wide range of products and services.

ZRG’s Appearance in Dubai – GITEX

Recently, ZRG International participated in a five days exhibition GITEX (Gulf Information Technology Exhibition) to celebrate its 25th Anniversary in 2005. The venue for this grand exhibition was World Trade Centre, Dubai, dated 25th till 29th September 2005.

This year too, ZRG along with GITEX continued to reflect the importance and phenomenal growth of the IT industry in the region by continually highlighting the latest technology and services to the international market sector.

ZRG Participates in Pakistan Customer Service Strategy FORUM 2005

ZRG International recently participated in a day long National Conference, “Pakistan Customer Services Forum 2005” on Friday, September 16, 2005 at Sheraton Hotels & Towers, Karachi held by the Nutshell Forum. The conference was about dimensions of customer service management.

While giving a presentation on “Designing the Best Helpdesk”, Mr. Ayub Butt, CEO of ZRG presented his views on designing the best helpdesk in which he emphasized on the fact that technology is just a tool which can improve your business performance with relations to customer services. But all this will result in a positive manner if the technology is used in the right way.

Mr. Ayub Butt also stressed on the fact that outsourcing is not the right way of providing customer services. It must be your people with the right tools on the line interacting with your customers.

ZRG Shines at ITCN ASIA 2005

ZRG International participated in ITCN Asia 2005 Conference and Exhibition from August 09 to August 11 2005. ITCN Asia is a premier IT Event in Pakistan.

At the ICIT Conference, Mr. Ayub Butt, CEO ZRG delivered a speech on the Secrets of Successful Call Centers. Mr. Ayub Butt with an experience of more than 11 years in the Call Center industry revealed the Secrets that make a call center successful and some aspects that should be considered while establishing a call center. The informative speech by Mr. Butt was appreciated by the audience.

ZRG experts were available at the stall number 13 and 14 at the Expo Center Hall 1 where a large number of visitors from the corporate sector visited ZRG stall to learn about the Next Generation Call Center Solutions from ZRG international.

ZRG PARTICIPATED IN GEO C-FUTURE CONFERENCE AND EXHIBITION - 2005

ZRG International recently participated in GEO C-Future Conference and Exhibition from July 22 to July 24 2005. This conference and exhibition was focused towards the development of ICT sector in Pakistan.

On this occasion, Mr. Ayub Butt, CEO ZRG delivered a speech on the benefits of Call Center technology and its implications for different industries. Mr. Ayub Butt discussed the important aspects in planning for call centers and some of the latest technological advancements in this field. He also discussed the benefits of open standards based call center technology and highlighted the limitations of the traditional proprietary and closed technology.

A team of ZRG telecom experts were available at the stall number 16 at the Expo Center. A huge number of representatives from the corporate sector visited ZRG stall to learn about the industry’s most flexible solution.

ZRG, participated in “e-banking – challenges ahead” a one day exhibition and conference on Jan 12, 2004 at Pearl Continental Karachi where ZRG CEO Mr. Ayub Butt enchanted the audience with his speech regarding Telebanking call center technology and its benefits for the banking industry. ZRG consultants were present at stalls 19 and 20 and huge number of representatives from the corporate sector visited ZRG pavilion.
